We have a resident authority on white bean chicken chili, and her word is that “this is the best!” Warm, cheesy goodness in a bowl.
How to Use:
Serves 8. Pre-soak the beans, either overnight or 15 minutes in the microwave. Dump everything together (hold the chicken and cheese until the end). About 3 hours on the stove, or all day in the crock pot, add the chicken (optional) and the cheese, and presto! Best ever.

Forced a bowlful while suffering from a bad old-fashioned head cold (not Covid, flu or RSV). So easy to make with leftover chicken and shredded cheddar and, with the first spoonful, my spirits soared, like a warm blanket and hot cocoa on a frigid day. Ordered three more packs, but won’t wait to get sick again before eating. Wonderful product!
