The health and safety of our team, visitors, and customers is our top priority. Below, you will find a list of processes and procedures that we follow to ensure this goal is met.

TEMPERATURE & SYMPTOM MONITORING

Staff members monitor their temperatures. If they are sick, they do not report to work and must remain at home for the appropriate amount of time without symptoms or fever, as per CDC recommendations.

MASKS ARE REQUIRED

Staff members are required to wear a mask or comparable face covering over their mouth and nose at all times on our premises, this includes in the workshop and in our office. We are not open to the public, but anyone who visits or comes to pick-up an order is required to wear an appropriate face covering while on our premises. When we deliver orders to other businesses, our delivery person wears a mask.

HANDWASHING SCHEDULE

Staff members are required to wash their hands with soap and hot water every hour, at minimum. Staff members are also required to wash their hands with soap and hot water when moving between work stations, leaving our premises and returning, after eating, after visiting the restroom, and after touching high touch areas such as doorknobs.

CLEANING & DISINFECTING

Every hour, we use alcohol-based disinfectant to clean high-touch surfaces such as counters, doorknobs, light switches, and other surfaces. This process is also conducted first thing in the morning and at the end of the day.
